Add chopped fruit to a saucepan with just a little water (about 2 tbsp). Heat gently and the initial steam from the water will release the juices from the fruit. Gently simmer so they're heated through and to the texture you prefer.
Add a dollop of greek yoghurt if serving cold.
Warm or hot you can add a little icecream
Make it like a fruit crumble by adding a sprinkle of toasted muesli.
